Здравствуйте.Хочу рассказать истрию произошедшую со мной сегодня в машине O'stin на Вешняковской улице в ТЦ «Мегаком».Я приобрела сумку,в отделе» товары с лёгким дефектом».Оплатила,кассир проверив наличие плечевого ремня, ни слова не сказала, что » лёгкий дефект»,это не потертость или отстуствие неких элементов декора,которые не влияют на функциональность,а этот дефект сломанная молния,то что по определению выводит этот товар из разряда товаров пригодных по их прямому назначению(сумка до лжна закрываться).Обнаружив дома этот дефект,я вернулась в магазин и попыталась вернуть сумку,на что было отказано.Когда я попросила обьяснений менеджер магазина культурно,цинично сказала,что в их магазине никто не должен объяснять покупателю по какой причине товар уценен.Покупатель должен сам узнавать у персонала причину уценки.Дефект-не работающая молния,является » легким дефектом» и не влияет на потребительские свойства сумки.А так как по словам персонала это дисконт-магазин который находится в районе, где проживают люди с низким уровнем жизни,то они не понимают моего возмущения и удивления.На просьбу дать мне копию инструкцию, которая позволяет торговать по таким правилам,мне было отказано под предлогом,что это закрытая корпоративная информация.Лично я пришла в этот магазин первый и последний и обращаюсь ко всем потребителям игнорировать данную торговую точку-раз мы потребители бессильны перед такими «правилами» торговли. – показать
