Абсолютное незнание должностей, указанных в вакансиях.Самостоятельно решает кто подходит, а кто нет, ощущение что до руководителя резюме не доходят. Однако заявляет, что директор в течении 5 дней рассмотрит резюме.В большинстве вакансий предъявляемые требования абсолютно не соответствуют з/п.
