Консультанты более-менее грамотные, но о технологиях и моделях прошлого года могут не знать. Небольшой ассортимент в наличии, хорошие скидки, программа лояльности, качественный консалтинг по экипировке для бега и ЛА - это очень хорошо. Чуть больше внимания клиентам и немного положительней - и было бы 5. Пока 4, пару раз ещё зайду, посмотрим.

Смотрю отзывы и после каждого плохого отзыва покупателя о персонале тут же пишется отзыв что ассортимент большой персонал замечательный, отзывчивый, во всём помогают. Я думаю, что это сотрудники магазинов сами пишут про себя такие отзывы, понимаю скажете это всё конкуренты компаний, возможно и так, но есть и действительно люди которые недовольны сотрудниками магазина которые не хотят выполнять свою работу. Следует значит вышесточщему руководству обратить внимание на свой персонал в том числе и на руководителя магазина что позволяет своим сотрудникам вести себя неподобающим образом с клиентами. Я считаю, что надо проводить больше тренингов с продажами, проводить тренинги работа с возражениями и конфликтными ситуациями. Я по себе знаю, что если такой персонал работает в магазине я сюда больше не приду, лучше поеду в тот магазин где не будут хамить, а помогут выбрать мне подходящий мне товар. Как то так.
