не клиентоориентрованный банк Достоинства: существенных не нашла, более менее нормальный курс обмена, хотя он увеличился в большую сторону пока я шла от диванчика ожидания до кассы:))) Недостатки: отсутствие гибкого подхода к клиенту Обменивала валюту 02.07.2019 в ДО Юго-Западный, нужны были всего 700 евро. Операционист (7 касса, светлая девушка) дала мне 500 евро одной купюрой и две по 100. Попросила поменять все по 100, т. к. курс не выгодный при обмене в Азии купюры в 500 евро. Безапелляционно отказала, сославшись на то, что им завезли такие купюры. Жаль, что совсем времени не было идти к управляющему, еще и какая-то неполадка у них в системе, ждала долго пока меня внесут в их базу... Вы серьезно вообще? такие гроши надо обязательно обменивать на крупные банкноты и не идти клиенту на встречу? Первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь, больше в этот банк не пойду.

Ужас Достоинства: Ни одного Недостатки: Очень много Сегодня нужно было посетить дополнительный офис банка в Люблино. Офис открывается в 9-30, приехала в 9-35. Дверь в банке закрыта. на двери табличка "Технический перерыв". Жду, собирается очередь, минут через 10 из недр офиса появляется охранник, спрашиваю, в связи с чем не открывают и когда откроют? Отвечает, что у них инкассация ( рядом с банком инкассаторской машины не наблюдается). Закрывает дверь изнутри и уходит. Народ стоит на улице, мерзнет, менее стойкие не выдерживают и уходят. Проходит время, опять выходит охранник, появляются инкассаторы, заходят, минут через 7 выходят. Дверь опять закрывается изнутри. Люди продолжают ждать. Не буду утомлять, в банк нас запустили в 10-10. Зал очень маленький, в нем вкусно пахло кофе и бутербродами. Две работницы офиса вышли к ждущим их клиентам из боковой двери офиса, на ходу дожевывая свой завтрак. Что это было? Что это за шарашка такая? Как это можно назвать? Я в банк с такими недобросовестными сотрудниками и с таким неприемлемым отношением к клиентам ни ногой? И Вам не советую.
