Пришла впервые в этот зал в воскресенье около 17:30, чтобы посмотреть и взять в дальнейшем абонемент на месяц. Но, к сожалению, администратора не оказалось на месте. Прождав минут 10, мне сказали, что администраторы ушли в связи с каким-то «праздничным» днём, и нужно было звонить и договариваться. И это при условии, что днём я звонила и уточняла, точно ли они до 20:00 работают. Позвонив по указанному в визитке телефону, мне никто не ответил и не перезвонил. Никого так и не дождавшись, я ушла. Спасибо за заранее испорченное впечатление и создание далеко не положительного образа об условиях вашей работы. Надеюсь, что впредь такого не повторится, но клиенты обычно после такого не возвращаются.

Приносим извинения за причиненные неудобства, администратору нужно было срочно отлучиться по организации Новогоднего праздника, организованного для детей нашего клуба, который проходил в тот день! Было очень много посетителей и требовалось провести дополнительные мероприятия, где был задействован весь персонал в тот день. По той же причине и на ответили по рабочему телефону! Будем в дальнейшем более ответственнее относится к своим обязанностям, спасибо Вам за замечание! С уважением, директор NRG Sport
