Переводят к себе накопительные пенсии граждан без их ведома и подделывая подписи людей, что противозаконно. У меня тоже "сфабриковали" заявление и договор на перевод моей накопительной части пенсии. Причем, в городе, где я никогда в жизни не был. Почерковедческая экспертиза показала, что подписи от моего имени действительно подделаны. Год судился с ними, суд выиграл.

О том что мои пенсионные накопления находятся в НПФ "Будущее" я узнал в личном кабинете гос. услуг. Сам заявление о переводе в этот фонд не писал, ранее мною был заключен договор с НПФ "Благостостояние", откуда меня перевели в НПФ "Будущее" без моего согласия. На момент заключение договора НПФ "Благосостояние" был одним из лидеров (к примеру на ровне с НПФ "Газфонд"). Сейчас в НПФ "Будущее" ситуация с момента вложения моих накоплений с учетом инфляции совершенно другая, у фонда отрицательный баланс, НЕ ПОКРЫВАЮТ ИНФЛЯЦИЮ по итогам с 2013г по текущее время. А в 2017г. был вообще минусовой баланс. В НПФ будущее мне ответили что была реорганизация и мои накопления перевели в их фонд и якобы мне присылали уведомление по почте. С 2013 г. прошло уже 5 лет и по закону я могу перевести мои накопления без потерь, но в колл центре НПФ "Будущее" уверяют что это не так, т.к. государство заморозило и перевело наши накопления только в 2015г. Хотят увеличить срок вывода накоплений (без потерь накоплений для меня) ещё на пару лет. При этом нет уверенности что денежные средства не будут уменьшаться как в 2017г. На момент перевода накоплений в 2013г с ПФР в в НПФ была сумма 341 311руб., сейчас в личном кабинете вижу с учетом "Инвестиционного" дохода вижу всего 353 512руб., прибыль ЗА 5 ЛЕТ составила 12 201руб.), а это значительно МЕНЬШЕ уровня ИНФЛЯЦИИ. Уважаемые граждане будьте внимательны! Проверяйте баланс и место нахождение своих накоплений! Данный фонд крайне не рекомендую! Все подтверждающие документы у меня имеются. По данному вопросу собираюсь проконсультироваться с юристом.
