Персонал вежлив. Это правда. Про ножи в общем в курсе. Но учёта моделей (оферта на сайте/факт на складе) в магазине нет. Заказал нож, договорились о цене и способе получения. Я поставил условие, что оплачу заказ после осмотра ножа (были прецеденты). Договорились, что заберу нож на следующий день после заказа. Через несколько часов мне позвоню ли, что ножа, оказывается, нет в наличии... Вот спасибо-то...

Есть такой там Владимир принимает заказы,не слышит просьбы покупателя!!!Поступает как ему хочется, и вместо извинений,звонит и обвиняет что не было в разговоре бренда который его просили выслать.Про компанию плохо не скажу не знаю,но то что есть там люди с своей правдой факт.Вместо извинений,звонит ещё и виноватых ищет.Людей надо слышать,покупателя надо понимать!!!Неадекват полнейший!!!Больше не обращусь к ним!!!

Искал дешёвый перочинный нож, забрел сюда. Ассортимент огромный, консультанты всегда готовы помочь, есть интернет магазин. Но я понял, что мне нужен просто кусок металла, чтобы резать колбасу, а то, что продается в этом магазине — это на порядок выше, поэтому ничего не купил. Из минусов: нет ценников почти на всех товарах, с учётом разброса стоимости, тяжело прицениться. В этот магазин стоит идти, если вам нужен ХОРОШИЙ нож

Приходил забрать заказ сделанный в интернет магазине. Консультанты отговорили брать то, что заказал изначально (как оказалось выбрал красивый, но не функциональный нож), помогли выбрать что действительно мне нужно! Ребятам огромное спасибо!! И да, ножей там тьма! Больше я не встречал ни в одном магазине

Пришёл в магазин 17:59 мне отказали от продажи аргументируя тем что они кассу закрыли
