Агентство находится в ТЦ Бум. Хочу отметить работу менеджера по продажам Натальи Сергеевой, а именно: при выборе отеля для проживания (покупали тур в Турцию) замалчивалась информация об объекте размещения, отель оказался плохим, из заявленных 4 звезд едва тянет на 2. Впечатление от TEZ Tour испорчено.

Агентство может и неплохое, но в нашем случае был предложен отель с заведомо низким качеством (4 звезды, но фактически это едва ли 2). Менеджер Наталья Сергеева умолчала информацию об объекте размещения (MC Mahberi beach hotel, Турция, пос. Konakli), сказала лишь о территории отеля (единственный плюс), чем испортила в целом впечатление о работе TEZ tour, фактически это подход "лишь бы скорее ушли". С моей стороны упущение в том, что нужно было почитать отзывы об отеле самостоятельно, но тогда зачем мне услуги агентства, если все равно нужно за ним проверять? При таком подходе надёжнее и дешевле, хоть и более трудозатратно, организовать досуг самостоятельно.

Неоднократно отдыхал с этим турагенством в разных странах. Последний раз это была Мексика. Очень грамотные сотрудники. Масса самых различных предложений в разных ценовых категориях. Скидки постоянным клиентам и в результатате отличный отдых. Очень довольны. Спасибо. Всем рекомендую.

«Съездили» с этим турагентством в новый год в Доминикану… купили заранее путевку, оплатили, перед самым новым годом нам радостно сообщили что обратного билета нет. Деньги вернули только к концу января. Спасибо Tez туру за испорченный отпуск, справились на отлично!

Спасибо за Прекрасный отдых компнии Новстар тур ( TEZ TOUR - метро Братиславская в ТЦ "БУМ") . Очень Грамотные, Вежливые, Внимательные менеджеры работают в этом офисе! Посоветовали отель ESTIVAL PARK HOTEL RESORT 4* в Испании Отличный отель для детей, хорошеей питание, номера. Всем рекомендуем! Спасибо за Отличный отдых!
