в целом чисто и комфортно, заказал в номер бургер, через полтора часа решил уточнить его судьбу, по всей видимости его еще даже не начали готовить. ни извините, ничего - «я поинтересуюсь, если не готов, готовить?» да нет, спасибо, уже ничего не нужно. сервис он такой...

Уважаемый Антон, К сожалению за вчерашний день по системе мы не видим проходившего с телефона вашего номера заказа, чтобы определить сотрудника, принимавшего этот заказ. Возможно, это связано с техническими работами на телефонном оборудовании, которые проходили именно вчера. В любом случае приносим извинения за случившееся. Это не свойственно для нашего отеля. Поступающие заказы тут же пробиваются в системе для контроля заказа. Поэтому не было обратной связи для Вас в течение времени ожидания. Уверяем, что данная ситуация взята на дополнительный контроль руководителем ресторана и мной лично. Мы будем рады, если Вы найдете возможность вновь остановиться в нашем отеле.
