Вот и прощаюсь с темой "построят - не построят, когда построят и как построят". Построили, ключи выдали. Квартиру приняли. Все! Больше я не участник диспута на тему "быть или не быть". Квартира понравилась не только мне, понравилась и тому дяденьке, который был приглашен в качестве эксперта (ибо не силен я в отвесах, проводках и прочей строительной красоте). Окна вделаны намертво, не дует. Проводка - свет горит, звонок звонит, розетки там где положено. Полы под ламинат сделаны. Будем ламинатить, перестилать не придется. Потолок не давит - высоко вполне, даже для моего росточка не карликового. Стены простуканы, раковин не нашли. Стены ровные, чуток пройдемся поверху шпатлевочкой для надежности в углах и порядок - можно клеить. Входная дверь ходит четенько, не косячит, не заедает, не отваливается. Открывается и закрывается. Замок все равно сменили уже на случай всякий, а дверь буду менять по окончании эпопеи. Не вписывается пока что в бюджет. Да и посмотреть надо, что соседи порешают. Особо выделяться не хочется. Интерьер внутренний рушить. Пока он вполне даже не сиротский, хоть и на дворец не тащит. Короче, я своё отстрелял. Всем добра. Не гоните на госстрой, в конечном счете квартира получилась такая как надо. Хорошая квартира.

А что насчет МОПов? Все не доеду никак. Сильно от обещанного отличается?

Я конечно не дольщик белой реки, дольщик эрмитажа, выскажусь. Вам чистовую отделку продали по цене черновой, мне даже как-то завидно по этому поводу. Мне кажется при такой цене можно и подождать немного. Мы тоже ждем, но вроде как уже сдавать должны

Дольщик Эрмитажа так не написал бы, ибо там все видят, что ни о какой сдаче речи не идет.
