В ЖК Зодиак приобрели на ул. Гафури квартиру 2-комнатную. Дом круглосуточно охраняется. Рядом и магазины, и садики, и рынок, и медучреждения. Планировка квартиры очень понравилась. Район тихий и спокойный.

Купили квартиру в КК "Московский", Литер 2, отделка получистовая. В реальности, я бы сказала, что даже чистовая, ибо доделать осталось совсем чуть-чуть, все бы застройщики делали такую получистовую - цены б им не было. Пребываем в полном восторге: светлая, удобная квартира с суперской планировкой. Все, что нужно в шаговой доступности, детская площадка - отдельная тема. Она с покрытием, всевозможные качели, горки, дети в восторге. Наконец-то сбылась моя мечта об отдельном жилье, спасибо Госстрою!
