Живём здесь с мая 2015 года. Из плюсов: экология в МО одна из лучших. Хорошие планировки квартир, много молодых семей с детками. Также в непосредственной близости ДО Снегири управления делами президента, где отличный парк, бассейны. Рядом тепличный комплекс, где всегда на 8 марта можно купить красивые и недорогие цветы, а также рассаду и цветы в горшках. Рядом ферма, где продают хорошее молоко. Также рядом река Истра, коасовенные места, малинники, грибные места. За лесом следят. Также классная лыжная трасса. В комплексе многие стараются открывать частные магазины, развивающие центры для детей, но многое закрывается, так как невыгодно. Ну и жд станция в пешей доступности в хорошее время года, что тоже является своего рода плюсом. Остальное минусы и минусы. За домами ук не следят. Деньги берут, а толку ноль. Дворовые территории также бесхозные. Земля не размежована, поэтому всем плевать на состояние детских площадок. Маршрутки до станции дерут за 2 км пути 45 рублей! Школу и детсад не построят, хотя обещали! Садики и школы поблизости переполнены. Один сетевой магазин дикси с бесконечными очередями, а другой супермаркет с высокими ценами и просрочкой товара. В поликлинику ездить на машине или такси. Пешком только фап (терапевт, педиатр). Рожать ехать далеко. Я уже молчу о дороге на Ригу, которую до сих пор обещают на сайте застройщика. Всё брехня. В общем, если хотите деревенской жизни в квартире, то это хороший вариант.
