Минус - отсутствие в шаговой доступности кафе или хотя бы буфета в Бизнес-центре, усугубляется ситуация ведением строительства ледового дворца и мясо комбината в нескольких мерах от Бизнес-центра.

Хуже места для бизнес центра не придумаешь: всё здесь было сделано максимально неудобно: далеко от метро, от центра, за МКАД, в поле у ЛЭП в промзоне, тихий ужас, если у вас нет машины - приготовьтесь чесать 2 км сюда, хоть оно (метро) кажется будто и как бы рядом, но построен бизнес центра с этой точки зрения крайне неудачно. Удобно разве что тому кто там живет в этом или соседнем районе. Никаких шаттл басов и подвоза к бц от метро здесь не предусмотрено. Ближайшая остановка- Горнолыжный комплекс от неё поменьше топать. Внутри БЦ красивый уютный, странное КПП_ нельзя заказать пропуск заранее - по факту тоже, обязательно нужно звонить только с кпп тому к кому ты идешь чтобы те перезвонили охраннику при тебе и сказали чтобы тебя запустили и только по звонку онлайн тебя запустят, записав твои данные в тетрадку.
