Собираемся ехать на кравцовские водопады, думаем, что все будет хорошо. С виду турфирма в принципе приличная. Ответственные работники, все сообщают.

Ужасная организация экскурсий! Санаторий океан работает с данным туристическим агентством «Новый век». Вчера 19 июля была экскурсия в океонариум, которую организовало «Новый век». Заранее оплатили по 2500 руб. с человека. В ожидании отличного отдыха собрались у входа в санаторий. Был предоставлен маленький автобус- развалюха 🚌на 13 туристов😏. Куда все еле втиснулись. Ну да ладно, лучше плохо ехать, чем хорошо идти! Сэкономили, понятно😏. Дальше ждал сюрприз! По дороге в океонариум, наш автобус чуть не задымился, вонь сожжённой пластмассой на весь салон! На пол-пути встали🤷‍♀️ на дороге. Но ничего, хоть время и поджимало, все надеялись все таки попасть в гости к обитателям морским. Нас пересадили в другой автобус, поехали дальше. Но, нас опять ждал сюрприз! Подъехали к объекту нашей экскурсии. Но, автобус (так как приехал другой) на территорию океонариума не пропустили. А мы уже опоздали на 15 минут. 🙄в итоге сотрудник турагентства любезно нам предложила прогуляться пешочком. Ага , куда деваться, пошли 🏃‍♀️. Прошло ещё 20 минут. Забегаем, кто успел 🤪опоздал всего то на 35 минут представления с морскими животными которое длится минут 45. Но, нас троих подошедших последними ждал опять сюрприз!!! На нас оказалось тур агентство «Новый век» вообще билеты не купило !!! 😡 В итоге испорченное настроение на весь день! Отвратительное агентство, никому не советую! Поберегите свои нервы и время! Да, деньги не вернули никому!!!

Добрый день. Еще раз, приносим свои извинения за инцидент. Мы вернули деньги за представление. Автобус не развалюха, на 12 туристов автобус 13 мест. Подать под Вас автобус в 20 и 30 мест, не реально по стоимости. Экскурсовод в экстренной ситуации действовала правильно. Конечно, понятно, что Вам испортили настроение, вмешался ко всему и человеческий фактор. Приносим извинения, с данной транспортной компанией расторгнут договор.
