Доволен тем, что нашел всё необходимое и не пришлось долго искать. Широкий ассортимент и адекватные цены. Из минусов - соседство с недавно открывшейся столовкой KFC, что раздражает отсутствием нормальной парковки (ранее было очень удобно) и смрадным запахом фасфуда!

Какая-то дуристика . Хочу купить кусок эл. провода , подхожу к катушке , мне разматывают сколько мне нужно дают штрихкод, идите и оплатите , а потом возвращайтесь за ним(зачем усложнять ?) , при том что вчера я брал у вас тоже самое и мне сразу дали мол , на кассе оплатите . Скажите где логика , я что убегу с ним?перепрыгну через охранника и кассу, и скроюсь ? Я 100% возьму то что мне надо . Зачем ходить туда сюда ?

Доброго времени суток, Виталий. Извините, что доставили Вам неудобство. В последнее время покупатели очень часто отказываются от покупки провода при оплате. Причиной является или ошибка при выборе марки провода, или отсутствие денежных средств, а это равносильно возврату товара. Согласно Постановлению Правительства РФ от 19.01.1998 №55 кабельная продукция, продаваемая на метраж, возврату не подлежит. Извините еще раз за неудобство. Мы постараемся сделать все возможное чтобы покупатели оставались довольны. Рады будем видеть Вас в нашем магазине.
