Комплекс оставляет двойственные чувства.расположение,малоэтажка это хорошо.но в подъездах жильцы устроили хаотичное хранение,фасады домов начинают обваливается,слышимость в квартирах высокая,управляющая компания берет высокие платежи.

Спасибо за справедливое замечание. Если соседи не против хранения вещей за дверью: коляски, велосипеды, санки - это, конечно же, не приветствуется, даже имелись пропажи, но остаётся сугубо на выбор самих жильцов.

Ровно один год назад я нашла для себя квартиру в микрорайоне Южном Новых Ватутинок, переехав из "старой Москвы". Сменить место жительства решилась по трём причинам: отсутствие достаточного числа парковочных мест, четыре за три года залива квартиры из-за старого общедомового оборудования и - главная- завершение трудовой деятельности. И вот я живу тут почти год в квартире, по площади большей прежней. Кое-что в ней поменяла, не затратив при этом значительных для меня средств. Пользуюсь интернетом с достаточной для меня скоростью передачи. Приятные соседи. Не переплачиваю за отопление, т.к. сама регулирую тепло в квартире и плачУ по счётчику. Для моей машины в любое время дня и ночи есть свободное место в непосредственной близости от дома, дом почти совсем новый, трёхэтажный, вокруг всё, что радует глаз и душу. Недостатки есть (слышимость, качество водопроводной воды), но они для меня не имеют решающего значения. Питьевую воду беру из установки, находящейся в 200 м от подъезда рядом с торговым центром. Вода привозная артезианская, стоимость более чем доступная. В Южном красиво всегда, но особенно летом, когда около каждого подъезда каждого дома цветут кустарники и цветы. Знакомый, получив от меня фото микрорайона, спросил: "Это в какой стране мира?". Всех друзей приглашаю в гости с мечтой, что кто-то тоже решится и переедет сюда. Скоро здесь будет станция метро в шаговой доступности.
