Чудесное любимое место. Уютный европейский квартал. Рядом река и спортклуб. Есть все для жизни. Салон красоты, кафе, пивная, сушильня, аптека, продукты. Особенно вкусно в ресторане можно поесть. Езжу туда постоянно.

Комплекс оставляет двойственные чувства.расположение,малоэтажка это хорошо.но в подъездах жильцы устроили хаотичное хранение,фасады домов начинают обваливается,слышимость в квартирах высокая,управляющая компания берет высокие платежи.

Спасибо за справедливое замечание. Если соседи не против хранения вещей за дверью: коляски, велосипеды, санки - это, конечно же, не приветствуется, даже имелись пропажи, но остаётся сугубо на выбор самих жильцов.
