28.08.2019 оплатил счет за нагревательный кабель, 22500 руб, с длоставкой, оплату подтвердили (по телефону) на письма по email не отвечают. при заказе сказали товар в наличии. до сих пор (уже 06.09.2018) не отправили до места назначения. написал письменную претензию по email со ссылкой на ГК РФ. мои варианты такого отношения: 1) товара не было/нет на складе/в наличии - статья 14.7 КоАП РФ (обман потребителя) 2) кидают, если подтвердится, буду судиться и просить освещения данного факта на you-tube канале Движение

Если вы думаете что это магазин, где можно приобрести тёплые полы, то вы ошибаетесь. Это коморка с одним продавцом, как правило ничего нет в наличии. Поэтому сначала надо заказывать, потом ждать пока привезут или оформлять доставку и надеяться что вам не привезут брак. Короче зря потратил время. Купил в розничной сети.

заказ 00431 оплачен, до сих пор нет подтверждения отправки от транспортной организации, мне присылают фиктивные документы на отправку. компания вводит меня в заблкуждение!!! требую возврата денежных средств, сказали что пока товар не вернется с транспортной компании деньги не возвращают! какое отношение это имеет к покупателю?!

Добрый день все документы, которые вам отправлялись - реальные, к сожалению транспортная компания потеряла ваш заказ и мы вам вернули деньги в срок в соответствии с законодательством РФ (30 дней).
