Смените, пожалуйста, администратора Полину, она - единственный минус. За 20-30 минут до закрытия зала выключает музыку и торопит клиентов. Иногда заходит даже в раздевалку и с недовольным видом сообщает о закрытии зала, хотя время ещё есть. Я понимаю, если бы ее реально задерживали и выходили из раздевалки после закрытия, но я всегда выхожу за 5-10 минут и встречаю претензии. Администратор Екатерина всегда очень вежлива и приветлива, такой ситуации не было ни разу. В остальном зал полностью устраивает, все отлично)

Доброго дня! Спасибо за отзыв! Приношу извинения за предоставленные неудобства!!! Мы обязательно проработаем с администраторами алгоритм завершения рабочего дня.

Люблю этот зал всей душой. Каждый раз собираюсь написать отзыв, особенно когда на ресепшен одна из администраторов вечно недовольна. Но каждый раз когда ухожу из зала забываю. Потом прихожу и снова вспоминаю. Не здоровается, хотя я всегда крайне вежлива. Просто молча берет карточку, в ответ бросает ключ от кабинки, ей в ответ спасибо. Она в ответ тишина. Попросишь сделать коктейль, с недовольным лицом спросить «какой вам? Ну подойдите посмотрите какие есть?» это ужас. Каждый раз как одолжение делает. Один раз заканчивая тренировку, перед самым закрытием зала. Администратор вошла и сказала «девушка мы закрывается» на что я ответила что да я сейчас уже иду в раздевалку. Так я только вышла с душа, стою в полотенце. Заходит опять администратор и начинает меня поторапливать. Примите меры! И да я согласна с тем, что скамеек в раздевалке мало, и часто некуда сесть. Все остальное нравится и устраивает.
