Эта компания построила мне 2-х этажный дом, которым я доволен. Построила на основании твердого договора, фиксированной сметы, рассчитанной на несколько этапов строительства. (После каждого завершенного этапа производил оплату, согласно смете.) Поэтапный режим строительства оказался очень удобен: я, как заказчик, имел возможность несколько раз оценить качество строительства, а сама компания поставила себя в жесткие условия – она работала ритмично, сдавала работу и отчитывалась вовремя. Никакой нервотрепки. За три летних месяца в 2018 году построили дом из газоблоков и с облицовкой из кирпича. Отдельная благодарность прорабу Алексею и строителю Нурику.

Заказала строительство дома в 2005 г. Когда выбирала, заметила, что все с кем приходилось общаться в этой конторе понимают о чем говорят, четко обосновывают то или иное строительное решение. Потом при строительстве подтвердилось, что настоящие строители, а не «менеджеры-универсалы». Также понравилось, что сильно не навязывались, телефоны мне, пока выбирала, не обрывали, но приобщении были доброжелательны, все терпеливо и уверенно разъясняли. Один сезон — поставили коробку, через зиму — развели ин женерные сети и выполнили отделку. Не без мелких замечаний, но руководители всегда были в курсе работ и исправляли недочеты по первому же моему сигналу, либо еще до их поступления. Выполнили под ключ, сейчас, спустя столько лет и глядя на соседей и знакомых, которым довелось строится понимаю, что с выбором не ошиблась. – показать
