Осторожно мошенники!!! ОБМАН!!! Самые мерзкие впечатления получил от заказа цветов у этих мошенников. Заказ 145333 от 21 апреля - привезли в подарок букет старых кустовых роз, когда Я их увидел, через 2 дня, было ощущение, что им 2 недели. На мою претензию ответили отказом, ни фото, ни видео факты не помогли. Позвонил, предъявил претензию. Они с ней согласились и ничего кроме 10% скидки на следующий заказ не предложили. Директора вы там нормальные? Кидают людей. Настроение из-за таких портиться. Не покупайте у них ничего. Цветы абсолютно не свежие. Привезли по факту неликвид, старые цветы и сказали, что сам виноват!!! Курьер передал упакованный букет в подарок, его никто не проверял, а вот потом стало ясно, что привезли веник старый с прошлого праздника остался!!! Заключение по претензии - Я сам виноват, не правильно хранил нежные цветы, через 2 дня они как с кладбища приехали! Самая мерзкая компания! МОШЕННИКИ!!!

Меня при первой покупке здесь приятно удивила ценовая политика. Удивительно, но стоимость цветов не меняется перед праздниками. Везде дорожает, а у них букеты стоят столько же, сколько и всегда. В наше время это большая редкость. Правда, один раз курьер задержал доставку на 15 минут, но общего впечатления это не испортило. Не считаю это недостатком
