Отель на тройку. Номера убитые. За всё берут деньги, даже за грязное полотенце. Взяли две тыс рублей. Потому что горничная сказала что не отстирает кровь на нём. Хамское отношение к клиентам, Не пятёрка а три с минусом. Хотите испортить настроение милости просим.

Плюсы: 1. Аква и спа зона. Там все ок, чисто на этом вывозят. 2. Вкусная, но недешевая еда в Lounge bar. Минусы: 1. Процесс заезда — с чего началось наше разочарование…Требуют депозит 5к НАЛИЧНЫМИ, но НЕ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДАЮТ заранее! Хорошо, что они были у нас , иначе не знаю, какой был бы исход..На кассе женщина грубит ( касса отдельно от ресепшена..). 2. Сервис — его просто нет. Застряли в 90х. Обслуживание гостей на нуле – ни «здравствуйте», ни «до свидания». Про поздравление с праздниками я вообще молчу, от их сервиса такого точно не дождаться, вроде мелочь, но впечатление портится ..(отдыхали на ДР и 23 февраля) 3. Номер стремный — обшарпанные обои, интерьер так же на уровне 90х; мало места, где можно высушить вещи после аква зоны. Ну, на 17к за сутки вообще не тянет. 4. Ассортимент на завтраке очень скромный, кофе машина почти пустая. 5. Доверия к клиенту нет — депозит возвращают только при предъявлении квитанции, что ты его брал и когда проверят номер, сидели и ждали..Бар в аква-зоне не записывает заказ на номер в отеле 6. Оплата в Lounge Bar только наличными или переводом на карту🤦🏻‍♂️
