Я очень была удивлена ​​таким отношением к клиентам, мы отправляли посылки уже упакованные а рабочий новой почты второго отделения г. Шостка Илья Соколов даже не предупредил, что взял с нас еще и за упаковку (мы очень хотели знать, такое вообще можно делать), и вообще пусть немного поучиться разговаривать с людьми. Я дуже була здивована таким відношенням до клієнтів, ми відправляли посилки вже упаковані а робітник нової пошти другого відділення м. Шостка Ілля Соколов навіть не попередив що взяв з нас ще й за упаковку( ми дуже хотіли знати, таке взагалі можно робити), і взагалі нехай трохи повчитися розмовляти з людьми.

Неуважительное отношение персонала к клиенту. Забирала посылку потому что судила по внешнему виду и считала меня мужчин потому что была короткая заяиска, работник обращался на ты, и делала замечания за короткую прическу Неповажне ставлення персоналу до клієнта. Забирала посилку бо судила по зовнішньому вигляду і вважала мене чоловіков бо була коротка заяіска, працівник звертався на ти, та робила зауваження за коротку зачіску
