Я был в этом отделении пару раз, и в целом все было нормально, но есть один человек (который работает за угловым столом), я разговаривал с ним 2 раза, и оба раза он меня полностью унизил, потому что я не знал, как говорить по-русски или по-украински, он настаивал на том, чтобы я говорил по-русски, и сознательно использовал слова, которые, как он знает, иностранцы не знают (и говорил это резко и смеялся надо мной, серьезно люди смеялись второй раз). Я понимаю, что он чувствителен и защищает украинский язык и культуру, но это не значит, что его следует навязывать людям, а люди, которые не знают, должны из-за этого унижаться. Остальные сотрудники хороши, они понимают мой ломаный русский и используют простые слова, чтобы я мог понять, но этот человек - настоящий кошмар. Номер посылки - 20450452324732 I have been to this branch a couple of times and overall the experience has been normal but there is this one man ( who works in the corner desk ) , I have talked to him 2 times and both the times he has completely humiliated me because I don't know how to speak Russian or Ukrainian , he would insist me on speaking Russian and would knowingly use words which he knows foreigners don't know ( and would say it in a harsh manner and make fun of me , seriously people were laughing the 2nd time ) . I understand that he is sensitive and protective of Ukrainian language and culture but that doesn't mean it should be forced on people and people who don't know should be humiliated because of it . The other staff are good they understand my broken Russian and use simple words so that I can understand but this man is an absolute nightmare . Parcel no - 20450452324732
