Отвратительный сервис в отделении!!! Персонал вообще не понимает где находится. Оператор Александр (фамилию не сказал и всячески скрывал, но он там еденственный парень оператор) возомнил себя супер мачо, совращающий девушек и по совместительству безсмертным бойцом без правил вместо вежливого оператора отделения, выдающего своевременно и качественно посылки. Жена заберала посылку (5 января 2022 года около 13 05 - для анализа видеозаписи), начал придераться что долго не заберала (хотя было еще время бесплатного хранения) сказал что мы сейчас тут насчитаем пеню и будете оплачивать. Когда я сделал замечание по поводу его хамства, он предложил выйти на улицу и разобраться, я не отказался и он включил заднюю, мол приходи после 9, после работы побазарим. За свое поведение не извинился, скрывал бейдж и прятался за ширмой. Это лицо фирмы и такое поведение категорически недопустимо!!!
