НЕ ВЕДИТЕСЬ!!! ЭТО МОШЕННИКИ! Организация ООО «Горизонт» прочитайте про них отзывы в интернете! Найдете миллион негативных!!!Обработка всегда одинаковая:1. Вы видите супер-низкие цены, которые подтверждают по телефону и вы оформляете заказ2. Приезжает курьер и забирает ваш аппарат, взамен отдавая фигову бумажку, которая не имеют юридической силы, и в которой мелким шрифтом в условиях обслуживания написано, что в случае отказа отдаете от 450 до 2000 рублей.3. Есть 2 действующих аппарата: кол -центр (который не относится к их конторе) и 1 «специалист», который каждый раз представляется разными именами на А. Он то Антон, то Алексей, то Александр.4. Вам звонят и говорят какую-то проблему по вашему ноутбуку схожею с вашей (а может и нет), но обязательно очень дорогую и ставят цену минимум от 6000 рублей.После этого вы, если не дурак, отказываетесь от ремонта и вам говорят, что вы обязаны заплатить за диагностику 2000 рублей.Едьте на ул.Арсенальная, 4. Там в коморке у них вся техника содержится и поверьте, что ваш ноутбук еще никто даже не разбирал!!!Отказывайтесь оплачивать, анкету не отдавайте, ничего не подписывайте! Требуйте технику, угрожайте полицией и прокуратурой. В хорошем варианте — отдадут.5. Если вы дурак, то соглашаетесь на ремонт, в этом случае, возможно, починят втридорога, если поломка несложная (скорее всего отдают кому-то чинить). Или же будут тянуть по срокам до последнего, пока не откажитесь от ремонта.6. Никогда не ходите к ним ничего ремонтировать!!! Берегите свои нервы и технику! – показать

Чинили ноутбук недавно — март 2019. Все починили быстро и качественно. Никакого развода я не увидела. Либо сменили мастеров, либо отзыв выше — конкурентов. В общем, у меня положительный опыт работы с этим сервисом.
