Магазин не дешевый, но есть в нем очень приятный, компетентный, профессиональный продавец-консультант Иван Глобенко. Рекомендую

Посещала этот магазин для подбора телефона Huawei Nova и SamsungA3(2017) по данным моделям консультировал Максим все четко, профессионально объяснил. Рассказал про настройки,аксессуары. Пока определяюсь с выбором телефоны понравились. Вернусь за покупкой. Объект ивно; магазин обычный, цены как и в других аналоговых салонах, в интернет-магазинах ниже но не факт,что лучше. Пожелание всем сотрудникам стрессоустойчивости. – показать

При обращении с просьбой вернуть деньги за неисправный товар или заменить другим, выяснилось, что продавцы данного магазина не только абсолютно не умеют вежливо разговаривать с покупателями, также для них приемлимо повышать на покупателя голос, хамить, клеветать и оскорблять, даже угрожать, что написанная мной претензия не будет рассмотрена и мне в просьбе откажут! Высокомерие, неуважение, наглость, ложь, хамство, оскорбления — вот настоящий портрет продавца Максима, который оказывается презир ает покупателей, считает свою работу излишне тяжелой, ведь ему надо «общаться» с людьми! С таким хамским отношением к людям, он явно не на своем месте. Большая просьба к руководству обратить на это внимание. Ведь такие продавцы как Максим Кузьмин (если конечно мне правильно назвали его фамилию) и продавец Илья (который наблюдал за происходящим и сделал вид, что ничего не слышал и не видел, но при этом позволил себе оскорбительно высказаться в мой адрес!) — позор для вашей компаниии!!! До этой, унизительной для меня ситуации, я и мои родственники были частыми вашими покупателеми, хотя и не всегда устраивало отношение ваших продавцов к покупателям, теперь же у нас нет никакого желания заходить в данный магазин НОУ-ХАУ! – показать
