Ужасное место. Принудительно прикрепляют к работнику и другие тебя не обслуживают. Даже если ты нуждаешься в помощи, а он отсутствует. Даже если он плохой мастер и ты не хочешь к нему больше обращаться. И квалификация сотрудников сомнительная, лично проверено.

Сегодня я побывала в этом Ноу-хау, с причиной возврата денег на купленный мною аксессуар, который подлежал к ремонту, так как я прошлый раз подходила с причиной отремонтировать зарядное устройство

Сегодня я побывала в этом Ноу-хау, с причиной возврата денег на купленный мною аксессуар, который подлежал к ремонту, так как я прошлый раз подходила с причиной отремонтировать зарядное устройство, но в добавок я увидела, что на моем чеке кассир пробил еще одно наименование какая-то наклейка стоимостью 35р о котором я и знать не знаю. Согласна с предыдущими отзывами.Абсолютно непорядочное отношение к клиентам.Сначала впаривают,что подороже:аксессуары,страховку и т.д..Рассказывают такие сказки,что начинаешь верить.А когда возникает проблема,все сразу меняется.Никому вы не нужны абсолютно.Приобрела телефон в декабре (Новогиреево),через 3 недели телефон отключился и все.На руках было все: гарантийный талон,страховка…Телефон в идеальном состоянии.Издевались надо мной 3 месяца,проводили экспертизы,какие-то заявления,объясне ния,в итоге не сделали ничего вообще.Я потеряла время,нервы и 30 тысяч.Как потом выяснилось, таких как я много.Продают некачественный товар,а потом отшвыривают людей.Очень гнилая контора.Это первое и последнее общение с ними. – показать
