Надеюсь, что этим отзывом уберегу кого-то от зря потраченного времени, денег и нервов. В сентябре этого года приобрела смартфон в магазине НОУ-ХАУ на Волгоградском проспекте. На следующий день после покупки на экране телефона без видимых причин появилась помеха. Отнесли с мужем обратно в магазин с требованием ремонта, либо замены, либо возврата денег. Во всем этом нам было отказано, в грубой форме заместитель директора И.Ляпин начал нам возражать, говорить, что это я уронила телефон и вообще никто мне ничего возвращать не будет. Предложили написать претензию. Написали мы претензию, через 10 дней приходит ответ с предложением отдать телефон на проверку качества. Окей, отдали на проверку качества. Ответ пришел еще через 10 дней, что действительно, я ни при чем, брак заводской. Опять пиишем претензию с требованием вернуть деньги, вины-то нашей нет. Но...не тут-то было. Приходит ответ еще через 10 дней - т.к. брак несущественный, предлагается гарантийный ремонт. Окееееей, отдаем на ремонт. Проходит месяц - телефон возвращается из ремонта. НО! ВЕСЬ ПОЦАРАПАННЫЙ!!!!!Сдавался он в ремнот в идеальном состоянии, о чем есть пометка в акте сдачи телефона в ремонт. Опять же, никто не возвращает мне деньги, товарищ Ляпин прямо мне об этом заявляет, что как правило ДАННАЯ КОМПАНИЯ НЕ ВОЗВРАЩАЕТ ДЕНЬГИ НИ-КО-МУ!!!!!Пишите претензию, в общем! Я в шоке, ребята! Пытаюсь с вязаться с Отделам по работе с клиентами - оказывается, ОТДЕЛ ПО РАБОТЕ С КЛИЕНТАМИ...ВНИМАНИЕ!...НЕ ОБЩАЕТСЯ С КЛИЕНТАМИ!!!!!!!ВЕСЕЛО, ПРАВДА?. Требую аудиенцию у генерального директора- ну вы понимаете ответ, да? ГЕНЕРАЛЬНЫЙ ДИРЕКТОР НЕ ОБЩАЕТСЯ С КЛИЕНТАМИ!. В Роспотребнадзоре по ЮВАО уже 3 жалобы на этот магазин. Так же Роспотребнадзор советует подавать в суд, где будет ходатайствовать в пользу клиента. В общем, уважаемые покупатели! Если Вам дорого ваше время, средства и нервы - настоятельно не рекомендую эту организацию. Там всем плевать на Вас!
