Обратился по поводу замены матрицы, девушка сказала порядок цен 3 тыс + 450 рублей замена, впринципе я знал серийник матрицы и цены совпадали с теми что есть на рынке по матрицам. Вечером позвонил "мастер" стал разводить на то что все серийники что есть на матрицах работать не будут..естественно объявил цену в 6 тыс. Жду ноутбука обратно, буду сравнивать те серийники которые были у комлпектующих на моем ноуте..страшно работать с такого рода сервисами из "90х"

К сожалению, без номера заказа и понимания, что у Вас за техника и какие запчасти к ней подходят , мы не можем взяться сказать, насколько мастер прав или не прав, для более корректной оценки я хотел бы попросить Вас указать номер заказа. Однако хочу заверить Вас, что предубеждения людей о неких "структурах из 90-х" - если и применимы, то только к фирмам-однодневкам. Мы же занимаемся качественным ремонтом, оказывая услуги согласно прайс листу и предоставляя гарантию на все виды работ. Запчасти же предоставляются напрямую от производителей и, как правило, на заказ, гарантируя более высокое качество, нежели китайские копии в интернете, и безусловную гарантию.

Спасибо за ответ Евгений, я просто хочу забрать свой ноутбук в том состоянии, что был сдан, меня уже беспокоит только это. Можно ли это сделать самостоятельно сегодня? К кому обратиться.

Отремонтировал свой ноут, но не у них. Была разбита матрица, а начали нагонять жути, что дело скорее всего не в ней, что чип пропаивать надо, но в силу своего опыта и знаний, понял, что обманывают. В другом месте сделал всё в два раза дешевле и без всякой воды в уши.
