Не рекомендую обращаться к нотариусу Казак И. В. Вы отдаете деньги и вам не дают никакого подтверждающего документа о принятиии наличных. При этом не понятно, за что вы расписываетесь. После прихода запроса из сбербанка о наличии или отсутствии такового, вам не показывют сам результат запроса, а дают » филькину грамоту » вместо нормальной копии запроса. Мало того при выдаче Свидетельства о праве на наследство по закону у вас берут еще деньги даже не объясняя, за что вы должны. И если вы отказываетесь, вам грозят отказом в выдаче Свидетельства. А в Свидетельстве вы потом обнаруживаете, что оказывется вы освобождены от всех нотариальных услуг. Вопрос: кому тогда достаются все переданные вами деньги? И ответ очевиден- дениги оседают в кармане нотариуса. Причем доказвать нарушение ваших закоггых прав в надзорных органах с помощью платного юриста стои немалых денег (там тоже свой бизнес). В этой нотапиальной конторе действует корпоративная этика, защищающая интересы своего коллеги. Разговаривают грубо и на повышенных тонах, как только речь заходит о том, за что и сколько вам платить. Причем взывают при этом к вашнй совести, забыв про свою. Надеюсь, что мой комментарий спасет многих от этой непорядочной и непрфессиональной нотариальной конторы. А вообще мой совет: проверяйте, что вы подписываете, прежде чем отдавать свои деньги. – показать
