Абсолютно разочарован, огорчен и раздосадован посещением данного места. Не спорю, Татьяна Георгиевна - опытный и знающий специалист, но понимание, способность выслушать и разобраться детально в вопросе у нее полностью отсутствует. Честно говоря, пришел к выводу, что это не нотариус, а какая-то «отдельная инстанция». Подготовив необходимую мне, определенную, форму, Татьяна Георгиевна отказалась ее переделывать (до этого у меня ее не приняли в государственном учреждении), сославшись, что мне не законно отказали в приеме документа. Пробегав туда-сюда несколько раз, потратив драгоценное время, нервы и деньги, пришлось просто «плюнуть» и сделать тот же самый документ у другого нотариуса, который к слову, сделал все верно, и весьма удивился, что до этого у меня были проблемы с нотариусом, по подготовке данной, стандартной формы. Главная проблема здесь не в потерянных деньгах, а во времени, которое пришлось тратить на пустую беготню из-за, которой возникало желание обратиться с жалобой в Федеральную нотариальную палату. И в данном случае, толи некомпетентность, то ли нежелание признать свою ошибку, на первый взгляд, как казалось знающего профессионала…

Необходимо было заверить подпись ген директора на заявлении ф.14001 на смену оквэд затребовали протокол о создании ООО , что не правомерно, при отказе в предоставлении документа и просьбе обосновать требование - указали на дверь. И это уже не в первый раз! Полное отсутствие юридической грамотности! А это была всего лишь помощница нотариуса - Евгения (а по совместительству - дочь) Такие вот у нас нотариусы ((
