Нужно было переписать завещание, и решил зайти в ближайшую контору у метро. Бабушка не ходит, поэтому сначала зашел я, узнал всё ли работает в этой конторе. Меня записали, и на удивление перед нами никого не было. Вернулся за бабушкой, с трудом поднял её наверх, и нас принял молодой парень, с виду не болеющий никакими псих заболеваниями. Первое хамское требование "Выйдите из кабинета", сначала не понял, уже хотел вместе с бабушкой выйти, но как оказалось выйти нужно было только мне. Вышел, постоял минуту, ну и слышу как некий посторонний человек, не зная семейных деталей, откровенно говоря заставляет бабушку отказаться от своего решения. Мол вы потом с этим ничего не сделаете, вас обманут, оставят ни с чем, ну и всё в это духе. Хотя речь идет о завещании, а не о перерегистрации или дарственном. Подождал еще минуту, бабушка пока справлялась с этим, и объясняла что о ней уже на протяжении 10 лет никто кроме меня не заботиться. Коротко говоря, через минуты 5 поняв что он сейчас доведет бабушку до истерики, зашел я, и поинтересовался долг ли он будет лезть не в свои дела, на что он ничего не смог ответить, а лишь сказал, что нотариус сейчас в отпуске, и ничем он помочь не может. Я конечно высказал ему всё что о нем думаю, и мы покинули эту контору больше чем уверен что навсегда. Меня предупреждали о схема нотариусов и участковых, подробностей не знаю, но настоятельно рекомендую всем избегать эту контору. Буквально через 500 метров есть другая контора, где без всяких отговаривающих слов, предупредили бабушку, что она всегда может аннулировать завещание, задали несколько вопросов о её персональных данных чтобы убедиться в её дееспособности, и составили всё что она захотела.
