Мы обратились за переводом нескольких документов с английского на русский. Нам сказали, что перевод очень большой и придется подождать день, замечу, для перевода предоставили 1 лист А4 с информацией и паспорт. Мы согласились. К сожалению, на следующий рабочий день, нам сказали, что нужно подождать еще день, тк видите ли у них много срочных клиентов. Возник вопрос: "Как определяется очередность и срочность? Как они делят клиентов на важных и не очень?" В итоге, решили отказаться от услуг данного нотариуса, тк ждать еще неделю у нас просто нет времени. И всегда приятно обращаться в компании, где клиентоорентированный персонал, и где уважают время своих клиентов. Никому не посоветую связываться с ними!!!!
