Сегодня был на приеме у Барановой Т.В. Такое сложилось впечатление ,что от меня хотели быстрее избавится. И нотариус очень обрадовалась, когда мое наследственное дело теперь ведет другой нотариус. Я такого не ожидал.

Уважаемый Андрей, благодарю Вас за отзыв. Однако хочу пояснить о том, что беседу с Вами относительно открытия наследственного дела, согласно должностной инструкции проводил сотрудник нотариальной конторы. В соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ о нотариате, Правилами нотариального делопроизводства, Приказами Минюста России, в том числе Приказом Минюста России №133 от 05.07.2019 года при заведении наследственного дела нотариус проверят наличие или отсутствие открытого наследственного дела в Единой информационной системе нотариата (ЕИС). В случае обнаружения в ЕИС открытого наследственного дела другим нотариусом все наследники обращаются по месту ранее открытого наследственного дела. Таким образом, сотрудник конторы действовал в рамках должностной инструкции и действующего законодательства РФ. В любом случае, Ваш отзыв важен для нас. Закрываются в 16:30 по факту хотя написано что др 18:00 ещё и хамят

Прием документов от клиентов на текущий день до 16.30, далее до 18 часов идет подготовка документов на следующие дни недели и работа с архивом! Информация о графике работы имеется на сайте нотариуса, в Яндекс объявлениях и в помещении нотариальной конторы. Рекомендую Вам обращать внимание на информацию о работе конторы!
