Заказывали летом 2016 года в данном магазине кухонный гарнитур ярко белого цвета. Стоимость гарнитура более 200 тыс руб. В ноябре 2018 года мы вернулись из отпуска и обнаружили, что гарнитур поменял цвет, приобрел бежевый оттенок. Позвонили в магазин, нам ответили, что не могут обьяснить причину и ничем не могут помочь. Мы решили, ладно, пусть будет бежевым. Однако на этом все не закончилось, цвет продолжает меняться, сейчас он всех оттенков от желтого до молочного, окрашен не равномерно, разноцветными пятнами. Обратились на сайт магазина с просьбой перетянуть пленку на фасадах. Пока ответа не последовало. В случае отказа будем обращаться в суд. В дальнейшем напишу здесь о готовности изготовителя пойти на встречу покупателя и устранить недостатки товара, проявившиеся в процессе эксплуатации.
