Делали судебную автотехническую экспертизу. Когда потребовались пояснения для суда и я пришёл с повесткой, женщина со светлыми волосами разговаривала очень грубо. Потребовали оплатить 10 тыс. за вызов, оплата была произведена. В итоге в судебное заседание представители не пришли, а направили только письменные пояснения. Так что если в суде встанет вопрос о назначении экспертизы - не рекомендую.

Давайте проясним для всех читающих обстоятельства этого судебного дела. Для начала скажем, что в суд представлены были ложные документы о ДТП и нарисованная калькуляция об ущербе. Наша компания сделала расчеты согласно акта осмотра страховой компании. Необходимые пояснения были даны в направленных в суд материалах.
