Ужасный провайдер! Постоянно кратковременные обрывы (5-10мин) интернет соединения! Начинаю звонить в тех.поддержку (42-77-11) «абонент временно недоступен» Как плату взымать за очередной месяц, так вы первые, а как интернет предоставить, так вы в кусты! Я уже молчу что цена в 3,5 раза выше чем на материке, а скорость смехотворная! ДО 3 Мбит/с !!!!! На днях пойду расторгать договор о предоставлении услуг!

Да что толку то? Ну, написал я туда, мне как всегда, что-то невнятное сообщили, что какие-то проблемы с оборудованием... а меня это как должно волновать? Я оплачиваю услугу, но не получаю ее в полном объёме!

В итоге я расторгнул договор, сделали перерасчет, так я еще и должен остался, я теперь стороной буду обходить этого провайдера. Единственное что мне понравилось, это инфо-канал, там онлайн видеокамера, висит на их офисе, можно смотреть, что на улице творится и как лучше одеться по погоде👍 Я пришел к выводу, что проще СИМ-карту купить с безлимиткой, так как если интернет не работает, то он не работает во всем городе😅

Ужас просто! За что мы платим?! IP tv пишет восстановление ПО, до тех поддержки не дозвонится, у них абонент временно не доступен. Расскажите, мы сами за свои деньги дрлжны все проблемы устранять ваши!!! То wi fi глючит, то телевидение не работает. Платим исправно, а какие услуги получаем в замен???
