Конкуренции между бассейнами в городе нет, даже наоборот. Потому будьте готовы к диким очередям за абонементами. Почему они не повышают цены, чтоб снизить спрос, я не понимаю. К администраторам, ведущих себя как в советской торговле, -- тоже будьте готовы. Им не интересно ваше впечатление, ведь за абонементами выстраиваются очереди из сотен человек. Они вас с ребёнком за 10 минут до занятия будут отправлять к администратору на другой этаж из-за 10-секундной процедуры переноса занятия с одного месяца на другой, которую они _могут_ провести на месте, но которая не входит в их обязанности (пахнýло совочком, ощущаете?). После того, как конфликт закончился и родитель вышел из раздевалки, администратор обязательно его возобновит: привяжется к нему из-за того, что он подсмотрел через закрытые жалюзи, не рыдает ли в бассейне его ребёнок после случившегося. Научите, пожалуйста, Валентину Владимировну пользоваться компьютером, ей этого очень не хватает.
