Б/Н Из плюсов: еда вкусная. Минусы: Не знаю какие правила в этом заведении, но прождав около минуты кого-нибудь из персонала с предложением занять столик, мы решили сделать это самостоятельно. Уже шагая по залу, официант предложил занять определенный столКогда мы сели, подошла официантка и сказала, что этот стол забронирован и у нас есть 1ч20мин. Мы сделали заказ, нас спросили: принести по готовности или всем одновременно? -выбрали одновременно. В итоге принесли 2 блюда из 3, третье просили подождать ещё 5мин (Зачем тогда спрашивали по готовности или одновременно? И как оказалось третье блюдо пришлось ждать ещё 20мин!). Принесли долгожданный третий заказ: официантка перепутала и принесла не тот гарнир (по меню он дороже). Мы попросили принести то, что мы заказывали. Пришлось подождать ещё около 15мин к тем 40мин, что уже прождали этот заказ. Самое интересное, что нужный нам гарнир приплюсовали к сумме более дорогого заказа, который мы не просили. Я объяснил ей (почему-то она не понимала что происходит) и нам вычеркнули дополнильную сумму за гарнир, который нам должны были принести изначально. Но в чеке нам всё равно пробили более дорогое блюдо, которое нам ошибочно дали, пришлось снова идти и просить делать возврат денег. Простое извинение за ошибки не последовало, что испортило о заведении впечатление полностью.

Божественно вкусный Японский ресторан !) Если бы можно написать кратко, то написала бы, что безумно вкусно готовят. Японские блюда на уровне: супы, роллы просто муа! Приятное, спокойное местечко, единственное, что не понравилось - это интерьер.Вместо жестких скамеек - диванчики.
