Самое отвратительное обслуживание в Самаре Очень плохое обслуживание, очень медленно, и не внимательно, из того что мы заказали приносили совсем другие блюда и напитки, при этом делая вид что это наша вина, приходилось ждать много времени когда они переделают заказ. Еда не свежая, и не вкусная, из напитков очень мало выбора. Но самый главный недостаток, это место уже во второй раз обсчитывает своих посетителей надеявшись что они не в состоянии посмотреть счёт и посчитать. В два раза счёт превысил наш заказ, мы попросили разобраться с менеджером, ждали 20 мин, но никто не хотел это делать из персонала, после того как мы встали и хотели уйти с нашим счетом начали разбираться, три раза они пересчитывали счёт, мы потратили больше часа в ожидании, в заведении уже никого не было, в итоге мы сами посчитали свой счёт и указали им сумму которую мы должны оплатить. Мы пришли отдыхать а не считать и проверять работу персонала. И это самая большая проблема этого заведения. Хотите такого обслуживания ? Это второй случай который произошёл у нас, и эта тенденция повторяемся с каждым годом. Будьте внимательны а лучше мой личный совет отдохните в другом месте.

Три Оленя - это сеть. Поэтому отвечать Владельцу сети ресторанов. Побывали в "Три Оленя" в Красной Глинке, на горнолыжке. Вывеска этой конторы. ГК открывается в 9.00 , а завтрак только с 10.00!! Жили в гостишке у подъемника. В кафешке яичницы нет, пива нет...Три Оленя - три балла.)) До апарт-отеля "Три Оленя" три км. Все по три....((
