Приём на 9-00 Первая запись в 8-30 Врач опоздал на 40 минут, девушки на рецепшн не соизволили предупредить сослались на то что не знали! Полная не собранность персонала на рецепшн, колхоз!

Сегодня мы ходили в ноль плюс, делали прививку, очень понравилось, приветливый персонал, чистото и красочно внутри, педиатр и медсестра в процедурном очень добрые, спокойные, все объясняют. Ребенку дали после прививки воздушный шарик и игрушку. Спасибо большое за ваш труд.

Очень некомпетентное и долгое обслуживание на ресепшен. Очередь из одного человека и ждешь 10 минут. Очень похоже на магазин в деревне, где ни кто ни куда не торопится и может поболтать с продавцом. Так же, это ноль плюс, но первичный прием в «ноль плюс» в поликлинике РЖД не является таковым здесь у этого же врача. И приходится платить повторно как за первичный прием. Объяснение, это другая организация, другое юрлицо. Есть элемент введение клиента в заблуждение. Касаемо врачей, тут все нормально, хорошо.
