Мошенники Если хотите сохранить деньги, время и технику, никогда сюда не обращайтесь. Попал к ним через сайт https://hp-russia.net/ скорее всего это тоже их сайт. В сети много отзывов о том, что они мошенники. Прикрепляю найденный отзыв бывшего сотрудника. Когда будете забирать технику вам предложат подписать акт выполненных работ. Также прикрепляю. Не подписывайте. Вам ничего не вернут по нему. Требуйте возврата сразу. Полностью проверяйте технику, когда будете забирать. Возможно, ремонт даже не производили, но скажут, что готово. Если что, отделение полиции Профсоюзная 61к1. Там эту контору знают уже, но заявления принимают.

Хуже сервисного центра я не вмдела!!! 25.01.2020 отдали ноутбук в центр с целью починить корпус. До этого по телефону мне сказали, что стоимость работы составит 5 тысяч рублей. Отлала ноутбук, заплатила залог 1000 рублей. Позднее мне сообщили уже новую сумму - 16 тыс рублей, к такой сумме я была не готова, ноутбук решила забрать. Тысячу рублей мне отказались возвращать, тк она пошла на диагностику.... напоминаю, что поломка была в корпусе, проблему видно невооруженным взглядом без диагностики! Но менеджер с пеной у рта настаивал , что это была диагностика, такой порядок, в общем, что 1000 мне не вернут. Ладно.... подумала, пусть подавятся, забрала ноут. Открвла его и увидела, что после их диагностики у меня сломана матрица на компе!!!! Матрица!!!!! То есть их мастер не то что не починил мне корпус, но и сломал внутренность! Будем еще разбираться в ситуации, если надо, приду с полицией! Самое днищенское место с хамами и мастерами, которые ломают вашу технику!
