Ложь от начала до конца. Цены не приемлемые , самые дорогие в районе. Товар не сертифицированный, имеется в виду от производителя сертификаты корейские.

Иван, сожалеем о вашем негативном опыте покупок в нашем магазине. Все продаваемые в магазине товары сертифицированы, есть все необходимые сертификаты, это подтверждающие. По ценам вы также можете провести детальный сравнительный анализ и выявить, что цены ниже или равны ценам в других магазинах округа.

Купила средство IBX (производство США) стоимость 1900 рубл. для восстановления ногтей, о котором на сайте магазина ничего не сказано, что оно может быть использовано только в парикмахерских с особой лампой. При этом необходимо и другое средство (Repair), которое вообще не указывалось в аннотации и его, как выяснилось, в наличии его нет. Сотрудница в откровенно хамской манере заявила, что покупателям самим нужно выяснять при каких условиях (дома или в салоне) можно использовать их косметику, категорически отказавшись встретиться для возврата товара. Имейте это ввиду при своих покупках!
