Хожу в этот салон уже около года. Очень ответственный подход к работе. Никогда мне еще не делали маникюр с таким усердием и заботой. Покрытие держится долго (я делаю маникюр раз в полтора месяца), сами пальцы выглядят ухоженными и очень аккуратными. Также делала в салоне брови, у мастера индивидуальный подход к клиенту, все мои пожелания были услышаны, сделали очень хорошо. В самом салоне очень приятная атмосфера, можно смотреть кино или заниматься своими делами, предлагают чай или кофе, очень отзывчивый персонал, всегда можно перенести запись. Много раз делала маникюр, и всё очень нравилось. Приятные и вежливые девушки, качественная работа. Но есть такая мастер — Екатерина, и она делает маникюр больно, резко, и сама какая-то грубая. После неё мои пыльцы болят, пара из них кровоточат. У меня проблемная кутикула, но это не извиняет Екатерину, потому что другие мастера из White Nails справлялись с работой намного лучше и за такие же деньги. Также, из минусов замечу, что следует заранее спрашивать у клиента про снятия лака и дополнительны е услуги, которые он желает, а не ставить его перед фактом на месте по поводу выравнивания и лаков уровня Люкс, потому что в этом месте оплата только наличными, и человек может быть не готов к дополнительным тратам, не зная о них заранее. И одноразовые наборы — очень не экологичное решение, учитывая проблему мусора в 21 веке. – показать

Владелец студии лично со мной связалась, обсудила, что мне не понравилось, и вместе мы мирно нашли компромисс. Спасибо большое за понимание! Такой подход руководителя встретишь не часто.
