В первые на кантимеровской. Мастер, Мери (по-крайней мере, на бейдже было это имя) не предупредила о доп. стоимости крема, в связи с чем мне пришлось доплатить к ранее обговоренной сумме. При этом меня задело, что во время разговора с менеджером по этому поводу, она подошла и начала открыто врать, что предупредила. И дело не в 70 рублях, которые я в итоге все-таки отдала, а хамском поведение барышни, которая называет себя мастером. При этом из моих длинных ногтей оставила неровные разной длины л опатки миллиметров трех. Я была крайне растроена, потому что раньше салон посещала с удовольствием. Никогда раньше не вступала в конфликты с персоналом салонов, но Мери проявила себя как совершенно непрофессиональный сотрудник. Думаю, что отделу кадров необходимо проводить психологические тесты и не брать кого попало. Больше туда не пойду. – показать

А сей хамоватый ответ еще раз доказывает, что воспитание хромает. Все идет из детства, ваш переход на личности– минус вам, меня не задевают, слава богу, комменты таких неграмотных хабалок:)
