Я бы даже и 1 звезды не поставила. Раньше ходила на коррекцию ногтей (маникюр и педикюр), теперь из принципа не стану посещать это заведение. Сегодня была записана на 20.00 на наращивание ресниц. В салон зашла в 19,50. Администратор сообщила, что мастер сказала, что опаздывает на 30 минут, подождите пожалуйста. Странно, что сообщить о записи за день — это реально для этого салона, а то, что мастер задерживается — ума не хватает, видимо. Попросила сразу же позвонить мне, когда придёт мастер, чт о я очень жду. Проходив по улице около 40 минут, звонка не дождалась. Салон работает до 21.00. В итоге, чтобы перенести запись на другое число — об этом даже молчу, даже не извинились. С таким нахальным отношением к клиенту сталкиваюсь впервые. Надеюсь, вы учитесь на своих ошибках… Раньше советовала вас своим знакомым, теперь буду «пересоветывать». – показать

Записалась на маникюр, педикюр и коррекцию бровей в салон Ручки Ножки на белореченской улице на 18:00. В связи со сложившимися обстоятельствами в назначенное время не успевала. Заранее позвонив (17:30), попросила перенести мою запись на 19:00, на что администратор ответила что мы вас ждём, приезжайте. Приехав в переназначенное время, этот же администратор лениво отказалась предоставлять какую либо из услуг сославшись на то, что они никак не успеют, предложив перезаписать меня на другой день!! На мои доводы что я именно в этот день должна сделать оговоренные процедуры и тем более, что в случае того, что администратор знал что мастер не успеет сделать мне три процедуры, в том числе ни одной, почему меня не предупредили об этом когда я звонила в 17:30, мне ответили извините, приходите в другой раз!! Такое ощущение что люди работают там по настроению и абсолютно не заинтересованы в клиентах. – показать
