Просто заходили купить спортивные штаны. Удовлетворительно.

Пыталась заказать размахайку и штаны для сына на день его рождения.Этот магазин мне порекомендовали. 4 декабря сделала заказ и мне, как и положено , перезвонил менеджер Алексей. Мы с ним хорошо общались и даже откорректировали размер. Он сказал , что доставка будет завтра, то есть 5-го декабря с 10.00-18.00 часов. Я прождала весь день и ближе к 18.00 ч.почувствовала , что что-то не то. Курьеры обычно звонят за час, а тут тишина. Я связалась с менеджером Алексеем, тот с курьером и курьер мне позвонил. Но не обрадовал, сказал. что в этот день мне заказ привезти не успеет. Договорились на 6-ое декабря. Но 6-го опять тишина. Я опять позвонила менеджеру Алексею и он сказал, что заказ должен доставить другой курьер, но он мой заказ не взял со склада. Более того, он пояснил, что и 7-го не дает 100%, что заказ мне доставят, т.к. их магазин не может управлять службой курьеров. Вот такой я получила сервис от этого хваленого интернет-магазина No Limits Club и мой сын остался без подарка! . Больше я там ничего заказывать не буду и мои знакомые тоже.

Здравствуйте, Надежда! Мне очень жаль, что так вышло. К сожалению, мы вынуждены работать с курьерской службой и даже не имеем влияния на их курьеров, т.к. выбирать особо не из кого. Мы точно так-же расстроены, как и Вы. Конечно, это никак не оправдывает нас и, я считаю, гнев Ваш справедлив. Приношу свои извинения от лица нашей компании!
