Наша транспортная компания заключила договор на обслуживание с ННК Амурнефтепродукт. Автопарк около 50 машин. Оформили карты каждому водителю. Думали все также будет прекрасно как работа с компанией Роснефть, где отличный личный кабинет, моментальное зачисление денежных средств, актуальное отображение информации. В ННК Амурнефтепродукт работа с клиентами построена просто ужасно. Дозвониться невозможно, весь день чаи распивают, работать в личном кабинете просто невозможно. Данные отображаются асинхронно, некоторые сразу, другие в течение нескольких дней. Невозможно отследить остатки горючего на картах. Списания проходят тоже непонятно как. Деньги зачисляются сутками. Денежные средства переводятся для зачисления на одни карты, фактически зачисляются на другие. Работать невозможно. Единственное преимущество это развитая сеть АЗС. Если бы Роснефть обеспечила достаточное количество АЗС по области, то львиная доля клиентов перекочевала бы незамедлительно. При обращении в компанию, отвечают, что на наши проблемы им наплевать и ничего менять не собираются. Средств хватило только на то, чтобы булки жарить, да впаривать побочные товары на АЗС. А вот сделать нормальное программное обеспечение, удобное для работы, не могут!!!!!

Являемся корпоративными клиентами, покупаем Топливо через Карты, несколько сотрудников (в том числе и я) заправляем аи98. Но в один прекрасный момент 98 бензина на заправках не стало, причём Компания даже не удосужилась сделать рассылку с предупреждением. В замен аи98 они хотят продавать никому не нужный аи101. И вот уже месяц нет ни 98 ни 101. В итоге мы всей компанией планируем переход на Топливо Роснефть. Думаю таких людей будет не мало. ВЕРНИТЕ 98-й НА ЗАПРАВКИ!
