Уважаемые коллеги-риэлторы, а так-же все кто планирует обращаться в независимый консалтинговый центр Эталон, не делайте этого! Там работают не профессиональные сотрудники, которые предварительно получив деньги за услугу и оказав её не качественно, даже не хотят исправлять свои ошибки. Я заказала оценочный журнал для банка, оплатила, в итоге получила оценку квартиры на полтора миллиона ниже среднерыночной по району, даже те квартиры, которые они внесли в журнал в качестве примера, в среднем на по лтора миллиона выше по стоимости, причем что речь идет о квартире эконом класса, которую мы покупаем за 4600000 руб. и на таких квартирах, если и делают скидку, то не больше чем на 100000 руб., но никак не на полтора миллиона. Донести это до оценщика, менеджера, секретаря, руководителя(это те, с кем я общалась по телефону) мне, риэлтору с 16-летним стажем работы не удалось, признавать свои серьезные просчёты они не готовы. В итоге я получила некачественную услугу, потраченные впустую время и нервы, а также потерянные деньги. – показать
