Честно говоря, когда начиталась отзывов про стройдеталь, думала, что ипотека и само приобретение квартиры будут для меня адом. Но нет. На всех этапах меня хорошо консультировали, общались вежливо (менеджеры Алёна и Елена). Покупка квартиры не вызвала особых трудностей. С документами помогали. На звонки отвечали. Самой квартирой мы тоже довольны. Просторная, уютная, тёплая, светлая, с улучшенной чистовой отделкой.

К предыдущему посту про маразм планировок квартир! Полностью согласна: 8м.кухни и 18 м.корридоры!!! Что за идотизм? А по поводу того что у вас есть 16 кв. кухни, так я хочу сказать -что нету! Они все сразу раскупаются. Вот я хочу сейчас вять квартиру, а в наличии только либо крайние этажи, либо кухни по 8 квадратов🤦‍♀️.

Здравствуйте. Вы немного перетасовываете факты. Сочетание кухни площадью 8 кв. м. и коридоров 18 кв.м. в одной квартире не возможно. Это площади из разных квартир. К тому же такой коридор (18 кв.м.) сочетается с большой кухней 17 кв.м., как раз, как Вы хотите, и они еще есть в наличии на различных этажах. А коридор 18 кв.м. это всего лишь пространство которое можно по-разному использовать - хоть сделать гостиную, хоть игровую комнату для детей, хоть разделить его на гардероб - необходимо всего лишь проявить творческий подход. Обратим внимание на то, что строительство домов это не конвейер на котором можно штамповать только определенные планировки, это сложный процесс начиная от проектирования с учетом множества норм и требований, заканчивая строительством. Бывает так что клиент желает приобрести именно полюбившеюся ему квартиру на определенном этаже. Разве строительная компания виновата, что на эту квартиру чуть раньше уже нашелся другой клиент? Что касается того, что вы не можете подобрать квартиру, советую обратить к нам в офис, позвонить или написать нам в социальной сети Вконтакте, и мы постараемся подобрать вам оптимальный вариант.
